About Assignment: Houston (#43 Holidays in Houston)
Brand new to Assignment: Houston or looking for one of our group features? Check out the Assignment: Houston Guided Tour.
At the first of each month a new assignment will be posted. Assignments will be locations or themes in the Houston area. Members will have one month to take pictures and submit up to THREE of their best photos of the selected location or theme. This is not a competition except with yourself to get out there and shoot.
Be creative in your photos. This group should showcase different perspectives and interpretations of the same area. Whether it is macro or wide angle, film or digital, black and white or color, everyone has a unique viewpoint. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or have been taking pictures all your life. Share your photos with us and discover a new area of Houston each month.
RULES:
Photos must be taken during the assignment month. No old photos are allowed.
Photos must be of the current assignment or location.
Only three photos are allowed in the pool each month for the assignment.
Play nice. We have a great community here.
Photos that do not fit these specifications will be removed.
Please add a tag that includes the group name and assignment number
(ex: assignmenthouston1).
Assignment: Houston is a family friendly group and we even have some children that are our regularly participating photographers. Please keep that in mind when making your choices in subject matter submitted to the group.
