10 Apr 09 - Current Assignment: "Signs of Spring" (Run time: April 13-April 27)
Yes, we have neglected our duties of changing assignments and are a bit late, however, our next assignment is "Signs of Spring". Baseball, flowers, and pollen. It's spring time, now photograph it.

About Ascription - "Atlanta on Assignment"
ABOUT:::
We are a group of friends in the Atlanta area who share a common interest in photography. On a bi-weekly basis we ascribe ourselves a particular subject, mood, or idea, which then becomes our shooting focus. Our goal is to share what we've captured and to learn from one another.
RULES:::
While rules may seem unnecessary and restricting, we feel the group will function better with a few basic guidelines.
1) Members must live in the Atlanta area (including metro areas).
2) A bi-weekly assignment will be given every other Monday. Assignments will be posted on this group's home page just below the group pool.
3) Submissions to the pool must relate to the given assignment and must have been taken within the life of the assignment. In other words, don't submit a photo you pulled from an old archive. Shoot regularly.
4) Please, no nude photos. No exceptions.
STRONGLY ENCOURAGED:::
A) New members are encouraged to introduce himself or herself HERE
B) All members are encouraged to submit at least one original photograph for each assignment.
C) Provide details about your photograph. Tell about your thought process; how you set it up, post -processed, etc. This will help the group learn from one another.
That's it. Pretty simple and straight forward. Now, get your camera out and get on the assignment.
