What is ART & SOLE?
It's fun, it's simple, it's a great cause. ART & SOLE is a UAE-wide charity appeal whereby we invite artists, celebrities and fashion-forward creative people to transform a pair of prettyFIT shoes made from plain white art canvas into covetable works of art. These shoes are then auctioned to help raise money for Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF) and their global effort to help people in life- threatening situations.
What Do You Have To Do?
Select from one of two shoe styles – wedge heeled or flat and then put your heart and soul into creating a desirable work of ART & SOLE that we can auction to raise as much money as possible for MSF. There are no restrictions in respect to the way you decorate your shoes. All we ask is that you surprise us and create till your heart’s content and your soul’s on fire.
This group was created to showcase the several shoes customized by artists particpating in this project. ENJOY THE SHOW ! ;p
Actuall exhibit to be held at DUbai's XVA gallery in november and charity auction in December
