01 May 12 - This group is intended to show photographs of Western Australian exhibitions, work (in context) by Western Australia artists and Western Australian galleries rather than the artworks themselves - if that makes sense. I.e. if you are having a showing, photograph your work in that particular space rather than just post a close up shot of your work.

Be aware that the RSS feed of the pool will be picked up automatically by the artperth.com Facebook Group as well as be displayed as part of a flickr slideshow on artperth.com.

Only links to the images will be placed on facebook and not the images themselves. Similarly, any images added will only appear as part of flickr's flash-based slideshow on the main website.

Please only post photos/videos of work when you have reasonably sort the permission from any artists represented. Also be sure to credit both the artist as well as the photographer of their artwork - if applicable - by name.

Just reiterating that the group is intended to show images of Western Australian artists, exhibitions, galleries and visual arts related events rather than specific artworks themselves. It will be moderated on a casual basis and no offence is intended should images be removed that don't fit that criteria.
