About artist-to-artist
A small peer group to share feedback and encouragement about the making, selling, marketing, and sharing of our work. The group is currently set up for photos to be public, but for comments and discussion to be private to members.
Some possible directions for the group:
1. Photos of works in progress. This could be images of things you are still looking to resolve conceptually, pieces for which you would like technical suggestions, pieces for which you'd like general feedback (is it working? does it need more? etc.)
2. Photos of works for which you are seeking ideas about display.
3. Photos of pieces for which you have questions about marketing: How should I title it? What kind of gallery, shop, or other venue should I send it to? How much should I charge for it?
4. Other ideas for discussion: How does the gallery system work in your state or country? Does anyone know of workshop opportunities that may interest me? Is anyone interested in a collaboration? I could go on, but I hope you'll all add your own questions and concerns!
