About Armed Forces Day 2009

Armed Forces Day is Saturday 26 June 2010. The day is an annual opportunity for the nation to Show Your Support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, and from veterans to cadets.

Share your photographs of Armed Forces events, and we'll display them on the Armed Forces Day website. All you need to do is…

1. Join our Flickr groups

Click 'join' to join the Armed Forces Day Flickr groups:

2. Upload your photos

Once you have joined the group you can upload images directly to your account. Flickr will guide you through the simple process of uploading a photo. When uploading the images please make sure that the images are added to the Armed Forces Day group you joined earlier!

3. You're done!

Once the image has been added to this group our administrator will approve it and your photo will be pulled from Flickr into the Armed Forces Day website. The photo can now be viewed there and on Flickr.
