If any member thinks that a photo pooled here is NOT surreal enough, they should start a thread entitled "Not Man Ray Enough: [name of photo]" and tag that photo notmanrayenough. Leave a link to the discussion thread in the comments section of the photo. Then we can have an open debate about the photo. If you agree that it's not surreal enough, then you should state your vote in the thread. If you think it is "manrayenough" then also state that vote in the thread. If it gets five votes of notmanrayenough, then the original artist should remove it from the pool. Note: the admins/mods are not going to do this for you, its up to you to remove photos that don't cut the mustard.

Une fois attribué et collé, le message ressemblera à ceci :

Si un membre du groupe pense qu'une photo partagée ici n'est pas assez surréaliste, il/elle devrait démarrer un nouveau sujet de discussion au titre « Not Man Ray Enough - [nom de la photo] ». Nous pourrions tous, alors, avoir une discussion ouverte au sujet de la photo. Si vous convenez qu'elle n'est pas assez surréaliste, les membres devraient l'identifier comme «Not Man Ray Enough».
Si cette photo obtiendrai cinq refus, alors un Administrateur ou un Modérateur l'enlèvera du Pool.

Du cas contraire, si le membre est particulièrement admiratif de, ou est intrigué par une photo dans ce Pool, il serai convenable d’exposer un nouveau sujet de discussion avec le titre de la photo, un lien vers la photo en taille moyenne, et d’engager la conversation en introduisant le pourquoi de cette attraction.

El mensaje parecerá a esto:
¿Eres suficientemente Man Ray ?

En caso de que un miembro piense que una foto expuesta en el grupo no es suficientemente surrealista, entonces deberia de comenzar una conversación titulada "Not Man Ray Enough ." - [nombre de la foto]. Entonces podriamos todos tener un discusión abierta sobre la foto.
Si no consideran que la foto es lo suficientemente surrealista cada participante la identificaría como "Not Man Ray Enough .". Si la foto consigue cinco tales rechazos, un Administrador o una Moderador la quitará luego del Pool.

En el caso contrario, si el miembro tiene cierta admiración o esta particularmente intrigado por una foto en nuestro Pool, podrá comenzar una conversación acerca de la foto con el titulo de la foto, un hiperenlace (link) hacia esta foto de un tamaño medio e introducirá el tema con el porque de su atracción.
