About Arangu | അരങ്ങ്

കേരളത്തിലെ അരങ്ങുകള്‍ കഥകളിയാലും, മോഹിനിയാട്ടത്താലും, കൂത്താലും, കൂടിയാട്ടത്താലും, തുള്ളലുകളാലുമൊക്കെ സമ്പന്നമാണ്. കേരളത്തിലെ ക്ലാസിക് കലാവേദികളിലെ അസുലഭ മുഹൂര്‍ത്തങ്ങള്‍ പങ്കുവെയ്ക്കപ്പെടുക, എന്നതാണ് ഈ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ ഉദ്ദേശം.

Arangu, a group to showcase the classical art forms of Keralam, such as Kathakali, Mohiniyattom, Koothu, Koodiyattom and Thullal. Please only add stage performances of these classical performing art forms.

Group Rules
• Only add photos of classical dance forms from Keralam.
• Only add on-stage performances. (Kindly avoid adding make-up room pictures, posed shots etc.)
• Photographs should have an aesthetic value as well. Just don't add because it's an on-stage shot of a classical dance performance.
• Kindly avoid adding manipulated, highly edited photographs.
• Try to include the name of the performing artist, venue of the event and a small description on the performance in the description field.
