About Apple TV Screen Saver Pics
I've started this group because I'd like to be able to have a collection of photos from all over Flickr that I can use as the Screen Saver on my Apple TV.
To do this, I add myself as a Flickr contact on the Apple TV and set the Screen Saver to show the pictures in my Favorites within my Flickr account using me as a contact (for some reason you can't just choose your own Favorites…you have to trick the Apple TV into thinking you are just another one of your own contacts).
This works really well, except I don't have time to explore Flickr every day looking for new images to "Add to faves." So that is where you come in…
…add your Apple TV Screen Saver worthy images to this group and then we can all have an awesome collection of images to watch on our Apple TVs.
To enjoy these images as your Apple TV Screen Saver, add them as faves and set your Apple TV Screen Saver preferences as I have described above. If you have pictures already in your Flickr Favorites that you do not want to show in your Screen Saver, you will need to open a new Flickr account just for Screen Saver pics.
