About African Photo Entrepeneurs Program (APEP)
A group to showcase the members and graduates (and their work) of the APEP Program.
APEP (or African Photo Entrepreneur Program) is a program run by African Media Online to empower African photographers by enabling them with the tools and knowledge to tell Africa's story. The program is by invitation only and invitations are issued by way of a competition.
The program has 3 phases. Phase 1 is a 5 day Masterclass in digital asset management and work flow as well as a Masterclass in digital post processing.
Phase 2 is an assignment. Successful completion of the assignment (assessed by a panel of international media experts) gets participants invited to phase 3.
Phase 3 is a 4 day Masterclass in global competitiveness. It includes a graduation dinner.
I know that in time to come the APEP program will become world renowned.
