About Antitheism - Secularism - Pro Education - War on Ignorism
A unified platform for people who want to share photos that show great humanitarian tragedy caused by the lack of understanding and education and thus by sheer ignorance.
This group welcomes any pictures from anyone adhering to the general outline given above (Religious moderates are welcome as well so long you don`t feel offended by the present content).
This group acknowledges that ultimately we all share the same common evolutionary based neurological programs that evolved mainly through competitiveness and group rivalry and is the true root of the greatness of todays societies with all its downsides.
This group acknowledges any profound education (certified university level) as a way out of ignorance (including the field of theology ), in that whilst it doesn`t make one a better person it makes this person consider his/her actions in a wider context.
The vast majority of religious people is profoundly under-educated, and finds themselves in an ever-expanding world of human knowledge as we all do. Yet this very knowledge immediately acts out its primary influence through economic power, and it is vital to understand the political and naturalistic issues at hand, sadly however religion spreads the denial of factual based thinking, leading to the conclusion that no matter what religion, cults etc spreads ignorance.
The idea of religion is not the problem, but rather that influential people profoundly utilizing our psychological susceptibility - necessitated for the phenomenon of society - through mass media can and always will use religion as a powerful tool to push through their own agenda.
At last this group acknowledges the profound difference between religion (a group dynamic phenomenon) and spirituality (a neurological based phenomenon arising primarily in the parietal lobe) and important part of being human.

"Antireligion is opposition to all religions. People who are antireligious may see religions as dangerous, destructive, divisive, foolish, or absurd. This opposition may be confined to just organized religions such as Christianity, Islam, or Scientology, or may be more general to include all forms of belief and superstition. For this reason people who are antireligious may not always be lacking in, or have absence of, spirituality.
Antireligion is often based on arguments against the validity, usefulness, or ethicality of religion." (Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antireligion)
"Antitheism (sometimes anti-theism) is a direct opposition to theism. The word has had a range of applications; in secular contexts, it typically refers to direct opposition to belief in any deity, while in theistic ones, it sometimes refers to opposition to an actual god or gods. It is not to be confused with atheism, although the two are similar. Atheism is the denial or disbelief in theism and its deities, whereas antitheism directly opposes theism. That means an atheist may not be an antitheist if he/she denies the existence of a God, but still thinks that theism isn't harmful i.e. doesn't oppose it."
