29 Oct 07 - I've recently revamped this group to include more members, but I've raised the bar for getting a shot into the pool. Some might find it easier to get in than others, but don't let that discourage you from submitting. Have fun with it! I will enjoy looking at your shots whether they make it in or not.

About An Enlightened Fellow's Shangri-La of Eyecatching Photographers

This group is for photos that I, one so-called Enlightened Fellow (a name not meant to be taken seriously), feel to represent quality, creativity, beauty, technical prowess, and/or artistic grandeur. I would like it to be a great place to find work by Flickr's best artists.

Anyone is welcome to join, and anyone is welcome to submit. However, I curate the pool, only allowing the best shots in, according to my subjective vision. This does not mean that I only allow shots in the pool that I "like," although I will likely add your shot to my list of favorites if I include it in the pool. At the same time, it doesn't necessarily mean all shots I do like will make it in, either.

In other words, don't get depressed if I reject a shot. Get back on the horse and try again.
