About Andrew and Effie's Wedding

Here are a few photos of our wedding. It was meant to be a picnic outdoors at Carderock. As the predictions for weather grew from bad to worse (hail, damaging winds), we moved it to Andrew's parent's church. My new mother-in-law is a smart lady and booked it months before in case of bad weather. We loved having it there as it is a special place for Andrew's family and family's friends, and now, for us.

My sister was an incredible officiant and many people brought or spontaneously contributed poems, words, and memories. We couldn't have planned it better.
