About Alternative Portraits

The intent is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the person. For this reason, in photography a portrait is generally not a snapshot, but a composed image of a person in a still position." - Wikipedia.
For all those weird and wonderful portraits woman, men ....
For peope who use an alterntive style to there portraits, rather than your typical plain head shot.
We want to see something different!
Whether its the photo it's self or the post-proccessing, we don't mind.
Then at the end of every week a favourite will be picked from the pool and voted the winner!
So make sure you get adding those photos people and spreading the word!
1)We do NOT tolerate nudity. Unless of an artistic nature! No pornographic images please as we will not allow them to be posted (all images are to be approved by Admin/Mods.)
2) Any abusive remarks, comments statments offensive comments or threads will also NOT be tolerated.
3) This group is to see portraits of people, so lets not have hundreds photos of your pets please.
4) Also lets keep the contect to an artistic or tastful content, were not looking for photos of you and your frineds on holiday!
5) And lets not have this group for an obvious attempt at advertising yourself, a little selling yourself is okay, but lets nto go over the top!
6) No music/band photography.
7) You many only add 5 photos per day.
8) All images MUST be your own work!
If you do not follow any of these rules you be deleted or banned!
