I noticed that their is no rules that say that we can't do this? but, it might have just been implied? I don't know?
Please take a look at some of my work with altered Postcards. One I did a a photo of an eye to the merging and collaging process. Please talk it over or the administrator decide? And, please, let me know, okay?
