Well, I tried those packing tape transfers and made a boo boo somewhere along the way. Unlike doodlebugs transfer boo boo which led to a great new method, my boo boo just took me to another place! LOL Oh well, you can take a peek if you like at

Don't want to put them up here yet as I don't think they're done.
Tell me what you think. And try not to laugh to hard! LOl

Packing tape transfers work best on slick paper. By best, I guess I mean, retain the colors, etc. Sometimes that may not be the look, ya know? But, I always use magazine pages, they work well. Did you use slick paper? Glenda

Good idea Glenda! I've only done it with photos and Xerox copies.

Bluejude, I don't see where it's messed up. It looks like it transferred fine to me. What did I miss?

Ahhhh....slick paper! No probably didn't do that. I think it was a Martha Stewart mag.
Doodles, the transfer was supposed to be the green bottle (which now looks like a strip) on the right. The rest of postcard is paint, ink, marker.

Oh, I see it now, thanks. Better luck next time. I think we'll both have to try that slick magazine thing!
