About Also on Wikimedia projects
A group for photos that have found their way from Flickr to the many projects of the Wikimedia Foundation, e.g. Wikipedia.
Wiki administrators and other users often find photos on Flickr that are suitable for encyclopedic articles and, if the photo's Creative Commons licence allows it, will upload them over at the project.
Please only add photos to this group if they've already been uploaded to Wikimedia projects. This isn't a group where you should show photos that you would like to be added; there are some groups out there for that already.
