This sounds good to me unless that is my Saturday to work. The schedule has not yet been posted.

In a related matter, we are going up to Reelfoot Lake in northwest Tennessee in late January or early February. They have about 200 bald eagles which spend the winter there. We are going up on a Thursday and spend the night. Early morning is a good time to see the eagles fishing. We will shoot on Friday and then go on to Nashville to visit my folks for the weekend. I am not sure of the exact dates but they do have an Eagle Festival in early February with photography tours and boat tours.

I have seen as many as 27 eagles in one day at Reelfoot. It is normally pretty cold there in the wintertime but it is worth it to see that many birds.

Alright need to get this outing set up. We can meet in Gadsden and maybe carpool to Guntersville or I can post directions to the meeting spot. Usually I leave around 5am from Jacksonville so I can be there by sunrise. I have room for 2 people and their gear. Post your suggestions.

Sorry we are not going to be able to make it on Saturday. I wound up on the schedule to work and since we are going out of town next week I could not change. Hope you all have fun.

We are planning on working in a trip to Reelfoot Lake in Tennessee next week as a part of our trip to Nashville. There are about 200 bald eagles who spend the winter at Reelfoot and I have seen as many as 27 in one day.

I am thinking of renting a 400mm f5.6 from Lens Rental out of Collierville, TN, for the trip next week.

I hate it we will miss you but I understand. I shot with the 400 5.6 for 3 years and it was a great lens I think you will enjoy it.

I ordered the lens this morning and it has already been shipped. I will let everyone know about my total experience with this company. I have heard good things about them.

I hope you guys have fun and stay warm tomorrow. And, of course, get plenty of shots to share.
