About Almost Pro Foto

The idea behind this group is to teach and learn photography from the beginner level all the way to the "almost pro" level. This group is NOT for professionals who make their living with photography, although some professionals may be invited to join in order to facilitate the teaching process.

The mantra here is that you don't have to be a "pro" to create great images and that the end justifies the means, so no matter what camera you have, or how much photo editing you do, if you create a great image - you are a winner.

Please post what you think is your best work and tell us how you did it! OR post something that you think could use work and let the group tell you what they would do to fix it! Maybe you are trying to achieve a certain look, but don't know how? Post and ask!

PLEASE NO NUDITY or extreme violence or other such content that you would not want a youngster to see!! I want to keep this available and appropriate for even the youngest of budding photographers.
