About Alkaline Trio Collective 2008/2009

In light of European tour dates posted for early 2009, photos from these dates are welcome into the pool.

First of all, to avoid any confusion, this group is in no way, shape, or form, affiliated with the band Alkaline Trio.

This group has been created in order to assemble a collection of photographs of the band Alkaline Trio. The images contained in the group are to be taken during the year 2008. At the end of the year, high resolution files of the images will be compiled in book form. All photographers will be given proper credit for their images.

Once the project has been completed, there will be ONLY three (3) books printed and these books will be given to the band .

It would be nice to provide all of the contributors his/her own copy, but with all the guidelines and regulations that have been set up by flickr, i do not see it happening at this point.

"So", you are asking yourself, "what do i get out of all this hassle?"...and our answer to you is "nothing, really, aside from being able to, in a small way, thank this band for the music they have given us."

If you have an image and would like to contribute, please email sleepysmilestudio@gmail.com with a link to your image and we will be in contact with you, or, for now, you can simply add some of your shots to the pool!

Remember, images accepted from Jan. 1 2008 - Dec. 31 2008 only, please! Also, we will need a high res. version of your image (if it is not posted on flickr already), so your image needs to be in the ballpark of 2200 pixels wide or tall!

Also, if anyone has any ideas as to how to make this group better and/or more effecient, please contact us!
