Spun out of an idea tried on the Worship Released forum, I am inviting my friends from there and the Flickr community to submit shots taken during Advent that capture some element of Christian worship in this season that leads up to the celebration of Christmas.

That means not just posting anything that is vaguely Christmassy. However, worship is about more than just singing together in church services, so there is plenty of creative scope.

If you want to tag your pictures as well as submit them to the pool, then how about using adventreleased?

This year Advent begins on Sunday 27 November and runs until 24 December.
