Das Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, kurz ACTA, ist ein multilaterales Handelsabkommen auf völkerrechtlicher Ebene. Die teilnehmenden Nationen bzw. Staatenbünde wollen mit ACTA internationale Standards im Kampf gegen Produktpiraterie und Urheberrechtsverletzungen etablieren in Deutschland wird es deshalb auch häufig als Anti-Piraterie-Abkommen bezeichnet.
