About AB Waterbirds
Please everyone.
Only pictures of waterbirds in flight, feeding, swimming or just posing.
No out of focus or political photos allowed.
When posting a picture give details of the type of bird that it is and where you took it.

The following are the rules and guidelines of the group (also seen under the rules link)
Please remember this is a family friendly group for you to post all your waterbird photos so keep it clean. Any bird whose natural habitat is on or near water bodies is welcome as long as it is healthy, happy and alive!
We do not allow photos that contain dead or dying animals, the exception in this case is where the birds normal feeding habit is fish (nothing against fish per se).
Please tag your photos ABWaterbirds. We all like to have comments on our shots and whereas it isn't obligatory it would be nice if you comment on other photos in the pool. Codes can be found in the group's description on the front page to add our image for your favoutites and invites to the group.
Rules regarding photos for this group
1. No nudity or anything else that violates the Flickr Community Guidelines.
2. A maximum of 5 photos per day can be submitted (this may change as the group flourishes) to allow the group the opportunity to view more than one persons most recent submission.
3. A waterbird is one that its natural habit or is commonly seen on water (e.g. duck), feeds in water (e.g. heron, egret, pelican, osprey), spends a good deal of its life around (or under) water (e.g. cormorant, gannet, waders) and has no aversion to floating all day on water (e.g. duck).
4. If your photograph does not meet the requirements of the group - as mentioned in the previous rules above - it will be removed by a moderator or administrator.
5. Please try and comment on other peoples photos in the group (this applies to Flickr as a whole) as others do appreciate your thoughts and opinions (provided it does not conflict with the 2nd group rule).
By following this simple set of rules, then our group can flourish and keep in focus on the subject of waterbirds.
But most of all - Have fun and enjoy all the beautiful photos of birds that group members have submitted for your viewing pleasure.
Thank You!
