This is the place for abstract photos in Quebec! 8-)

By abstract photos, we mean photos that are not figurative and do not represent anything in the real world ...

There are a couple of basic guidelines:

1) Only abstract photos, or at the very least semi-figurative or minimalist photos, will be accepted. We're looking for textures and forms in both color and black and white...
2) Photos must be taken by residents of Quebec. After all, there are plenty of groups for abstract photos that are open to all citizens of the Universe! ;-)

Also:

3) No nudity, unless the images are abstract (to keep in line with the group's objective, and so we won't be censored by Flickr... ha ha!)
4) Concerning Photoshopped images: we only accept abstractions of the real world and not purely graphic creations. We know... sometimes there's a gray area ... so the administrators will accept or reject Photoshopped images at their own discretion. ;-)

With everything else, you have free rein ... we find that trying to judge the artistic merits of an abstract piece is very subjective.

Currently you can only send 10 photos per day, just so we don't get overloaded... even though that's not likely to happen just yet!
