About Artisan Breads Every Day Peter Reinhart's Artisan Breads Every Day: Fast and Easy Recipes for World-Class Breads is a tad easier to start out with than Bread Baker's Apprentice (in my opinion). There's a group for that book, and now there's a book for this book. Not including the sourdough starters, there are 32 recipes in ABED. With no strict timeline, I decided to bake all the recipes in the book and blog it. Hopefully doing this will improve my versatility in the kitchen, and build up my bread baking knowledge bank. Join me on this project! Please submit photos of your dough and finished breads, including the title from ABED in your title or description. Happy baking!
