About Abandoned to Time [NO PEOPLE, NO GRAFFITI, NO TRASH]

Pictures of anything old. The worse the damage, the better.

Buildings, cemeterys. ships, trains, cars, whatever. As long as it's TRULY abandoned.

NO IMAGES WITH PEOPLE OR ANIMALS (DEAD OR ALIVE) allowed. They detract from the subject. Also, NO images of GRAFFITI. Also NOTHING "STAGED" TO MAKE IT APPEAR ABANDONED.

NO IMAGES PLEASE, OF SOME OLD BARN or BUILDING STILL IN USE BUT LOOKING BAD. Still in use, is NOT abaodoned. Please keep "light painting" to a minimum. There are instances in which is adds to the subject, and times when it does not. Those found to be detracting from the image will not be allowed.

Public/private dumps ARE NOT ABANDONED..they are dumps and as such are still actively used for dumping purposes.

Images taken in MUSEUMS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Inasmuch as being maintained by the museum, that act alone = the fact it is NOT ABANDONED TO TIME.

ANY IMAGE NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE RULES WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT WARNING.

CONTINUED POSTING OF SUCH WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE GROUP. Do not say you have not been warned.
