If some folks in this group spend time searching for family related images. One source you all might want to search is the Western History Collection at the Denver Public Library.

One friend searched near Pineridge Reservation for images of the Sioux. He did not take the above information so when I searched the DPL, I found nearly 500 images in their current catalog of nearly a million images, for him to peruse. Their collection is also searched from the LoC. Search DPL first. Much of early Colorado & the West is there Including the Chipmonk Store at Balarat. It holds the Otto Perry and Bob Richardson CO RR collections and Muriel Sibel Wolle photos for Stampede to Timberline.

Further, Coloradans ought to search the info in Crofutt's Grip-Sack Guide to Colorado, 1885. Write me at RockyPix if you want a search made. I have an Acrobat copy so it only takes a second.
