About Ansel Adams Photographic Society Ansel Adams was one of the founding fathers of the group f/64, which limited itself to strictly pure photography. Pure photography is defined as possessing no qualities of technique, composition or idea, derivative of any other art form. The Ansel Adams Photographic Society promotes pure photography among students at the Univeristy of Michigan-Flint, and currently operates underneath the umbrella of the Society of Physics Students, Flint chapter. You may join by invitation only. If you would like to be invited, please contact one of the administrators. Please tag your photos with "AAPS"	Additional Information This is a public group.
