WHAT IS IT?

First of all let's start with what ACATR is Not. This group is Not another voteme/rateme/makemefeelgood type of group.

A Cut Above the Rest is a group where:

1) Members are meticulously chosen based on the strength of their Photostreams
2) Members may then submit a Maximum of 3 of their favorite photos to the pool.

SOUNDS GREAT! So what's the catch?

The Catch is, your photos must already have had good exposure on other groups and have recieved glowing remarks by others. And no, we're not talking aboutAww Johnny is so cute; comments from grandma.
