The administrators will err on the side of discretion when deciding whether Flickr' s Porn classification should be assigned to a particular photo. However, deliberately offensive photos and explicit nudity will be summarily deleted. Repeat offenders risk not only being permanently banned from Italians group, but they also risk having their images/photostreams voted 'May Offend' by their offended peers - two votes on any image in your photostream will 1) effectively flag it for removal from ALL public spaces on Flickr (NIPSA'd), and 2) will place your entire photostream under FLICKR.COM review.
