About Paintings Re-enacted in 3D

Step 1: Select a painting, such as "Primavera" by Botticelli, or "The Scream" by Edward Munch, or "The Creation of Adam" by Michelangelo, etc.

Step 2: Recreate the painting in real life using real people, props and surroundings. Pose everyone and everything in a scene, according to the painting you've chosen. Try to make it as close to the original painting as you can.

Step 3: Photograph the recreated "painting".

Step 4: Submit the recreated painting and make sure to title it so we know which painting it is based on. If you can, submit a picture of the painting that you recreated. It's okay to just copy and paste a picture of the painting that you are re-enacting. So ideally, you will be submitting two pictures: the original and the re-enactment. Or you could place the two pictures in one picture, having the original next to the re-enactment, or having the original as an inset along with the re-enactment.

Obviously some paintings are better choices that others. Some paintings would be next to impossible to create, while others are very feasible.

-You can also do a painting that includes no humans.
-Nudity is permitted, provided it is based on a painting that includes nudity.
-I would prefer that the pictures be composed of life size props and human beings, BUT....if you would like to do a 3D rendition of a painting that you find impossible to do with humans (or one that includes grand architecture and fantastic forms), you can make the picture out of sculpting clay, or LEGOs, or action fgures, or whatever else you can come up with. As long as it is in 3D.
-I guess 2D backdrops are permissible as well, if necessary. Try to make the picture in 3D as much as you can.
-If there is smoke or fire or fog or running water or rain in the painting of your choice, it would interesting to see if you are able to include these effects in the recreation.
-I will allow Photoshop to be used and you can paste photos onto if you want or are unable to recreate a difficult part of the painting. Try to do as much of the painting by natural means though.

*If you would like to see a particular painting, but you want someone else to do the re-enacting, you can post that painting. It will serve as a request, indicating that you would like to see someone else re-enact it.
