About What's in your B.O.B. (Bug Out Bag)

After watching Survivorman on Discovery Times, and realizing that I've always carried a backpack/manpurse/and now a Maxpedition Condor II bag, I'm curious as to what others carry. I'm more interested in those who are in Law Enforcement (as I am) or the urban survival type person (don't get me wrong on that, in urban survival I mean what you use/need day to day) but I'll not limit it to that.
