About Around Town Carousels Abound

Around Town Carousels Abound is an amazingly fun outdoor public arts project. The brightly painted, life-sized carousel horse sculptures are placed throughout the city and county. Meridian is the first city in Mississippi to join the national animals on parade phenomenon. What more natural icon for Meridian than the Carousel Horse - thus Around Town Carousels Abound was born.
