About The Midlife Crunch Design Competition

I reckon there's a market opportunity for a range of gifts - t-shirts, mugs, that sort of thing - branded with The Midlife Crunch (see www.themidlifecrunch.com). The kind of pressie a wife or girlfriend might buy for her paunchy, balding, stressed, sad desperate loser of a partner. As a joke, y'understand.

But I'm no designer so let's throw this open to the world. What we need here are:

# A decent logo or typeface design for The Midlife Crunch

# A midlife crisis-inflicted character, probably cartoon style, who can be drawn in lots of funny situations. Maybe we use a 'crisis -what crisis?' slogan in each variant, or maybe something altogether different. I'm completely open to anything. Just hoping to be inspired and amused.

# Print-ready designs based on the above

I'm inclined to think that something along the lines of Life Is Good would work well - see bit.ly/154Rb. But obv we have to be different, not a rip-off.

*The deal*

I can't pay for designs. But I can and will develop, promote and sell The Midlife Crunch products on this site and potentially elsewhere. So what I propose is a 50/50% profit-share for the successful designer.
