FROM PRIVATE TO PUBLIC GROUP The Administration of GARBONG BISAYA [GB] International Photographers Club has decided to go on Public to send a message to the whole Flickr Community and the whole world about the existence of this great photography group exclusive only for the Bisayas or Bisayans that showcases its Talent on Photography.

GARBONG BISAYA [GB] International Photographers Club was created and founded by Two [2] Times National Painting Champion - Multi-Awarded Artist and DJ, Mario G. Pinlac II from Pagadian City, Zamboanga Peninsula - Philippines, during the last quarter of August 2008, but stayed in the midst of privacy until the said administration has decided to go on public this year 2009.

The former Private Group was composed of 226 Members that officially includes 18 Administrators, 7 Moderators, and 201 Active Members, from all over the the Philippine Archipelago, Asia, Europe and the United States of America.



Please kindly read and follow the simple group rules before joining:

1. You are welcome to join if you are only a Bisaya/ Bisayan.

2. Please kindly introduce yourself in the Members Directory for this is the most compulsory rule. Your membership's existence relies on the said rule. Upon introducing yourself, please leave a bisayan/bisaya message, to confirm that you are a true blooded speaking - bisaya.

3. You are obliged to TAG your photographs with "Garbong Bisaya" before uploading it in our group pool.

Member's Failure on the said Rule:
• 1st Offense - Auto-Deletion of Photograph + Advisory
• 2nd Offense - Auto-Deletion of Photograph & Membership
• 3rd Offense – Total Ban

*Tagging means that you're proud being a Bisaya and a Member of the Group.

4. Please benevolently comment on at least 5 photos of your desired choice after adding or uploading your photograph/image in our group pool, members and especially the said administration will be tremendously grateful for your thoughtfulness and sincerity on their photographs. You can also use the group's created award codes.

Member's Failure on the said Rule:
• 1st Offense - Advisory
• 2nd Offense - Deletion of Membership + Advisory
• 3rd Offense - TOTAL BAN

5. Please do not post pictures or photographs containing pornography, pedophilia offenses, violence, gore, and acts of racism.

6. Photographs that are naked but can be considered as art are accepted but never to confuse art with pornography.

7. The said user that does not follow or breaks the said group rules will automatically be deleted and rather be banned from the group.

8. Please do join the group's discussions, competitions, etc., especially on the noisiest chatting thread on flickr Tabi-Tabi Ta Diri...
