making the bed

sometimes it is the little things in life that inspire and keep us going. i'm often overwhelmed with all the "stuff" i have to do. if it doesn't get done i feel icky and ooky and loser-like. one cure i have found is to make the bed. not just make it up but turn it into a production. here are three reasons why it is a good thing to do:

1. it is pretty and inviting
2. it adds color and inspiration to your life
3. it's a great excuse to buy vintage linens and take pictures of it.

so, would ya like to join me in making the bed? each month i make up the bed in a new combo of linens and pretties and colors. i snap a picture at the beginning of the month and plan, plan, plan for the following month. this group is for pretty pictures of pretty beds only. Please NO pictures of people or animals in bed. just your happy made -up or mussed-up colorful, inspiring, bed.
