VICE and Ctrl.Alt.Shift are hosting a photographic competition, headed up by the legendary Nan Goldin, on the theme of gender, power and poverty: think oppression, violence, disease, the divide between rich and poor, life and death… As long as you find a way to incorporate the three themes women, power and poverty into your picture, you stand a chance of being mentored by the likes of Alexa Chung an Alex Sturrock, with each of the mentors choosing five people to work with.
To enter, all you have to do is create your work, upload it, chose your mentor and let your photography speak for itself.
