2. MUST BE OF A TRAIN
3. MUST BE ABLE TO SEE THE STORM OR BE ABLE TO TELL THAT A STORM IS GOING ON
4. BE NICE TO OTHERS AND KEEP THE SWEARING DOWN
5. HAVE FUN!
