How to make your 90-Second Story
Step 1: Live your life.
Step 2: When something interesting happens, remember it. Interesting things happen all the time when you're paying attention.
Step 3: Get a video camera. There may be one on your computer already!
Step 4: Hit record.
Step 5: Tell your story. Don't sweat it. Pretend you're talking to an old friend. Lean in close. Be honest.
Step 6: At 90 seconds, hit stop.
Step 7: Add it to this group. That's it!
All stories are welcome so long as they're true.

I cheat a little by editing out bits. I find it very difficult to stay within the 90 seconds, but there are usually lots of bits and pieces that can get cut without ruining the story. And it's still not rehearsed. :)
