About Lasers, HV & Optical Curiosities

Photography based around laser, high-voltage and optical experiments. Focusing on the small, the curious and the unusual bits and pieces associated with this corner of science.

Themed on the kind of imagery which wouldn't look out of place in old issues of scientific magazines or circa 1970-80's encyclopedias.

Home-grown experiments are preferred. Presentation is important. Subject matter isn't terribly strict providing its near enough for horse shoes and hand grenades.


The images should have artistic value of their own and be able to stand alone as interesting photographs. Its not a dumping ground for lifeless, poorly lit electronics surplus auction photos, or work-in-progress diagrams.
