About Strait of Georgia, BC
British Columbia's inland sea, the Strait of Georgia flows from Cambell River on Vancouver Island to Saturna Island, the southern most of BC's Gulf Islands. Riddled with coast line, peppered with islands, this is Canada's Mediterranean. The history of this place starts beyond human memory, shared by native myths and song, announced by the Spanish, itemized by the English, and progressed by all those that followed.
