About Surreal Places
What I have in mind is a photo that has been manipulated in Photoshop or some other equivalent program where the subject matter (architecture / landscape / sculpture etc) is taken from its original setting and placed in some surreal location. My first attempts at this have involved taking a skyline shot of a city, deleting the original sky and placing in an ideal sunset or closeup of the moon... hopefully you get the idea, but I am sure there are many variations. Also any colour manipulations such as solarizing / negative / gradient aplication would probably work here too. I have several examples which I will add as the first photos in this pool.
