About Vintage soft drink signs
This group is for posting vintage soft drink signs. Vintage soft drinks signs include brands that have either went out of existance or changed their logo. It is acceptable to post an old sign for a soft drink that hasn\'t changed its logo.
Vintage soft drink signs should not be confused with "nostalgic soft drink signs." These are signs that soft drink manufacturers such as Coke have sold in recent years to promote a sense of nostalgia about their product. Generally, these signs are available at novelty shops or shops that sell things such as pool tables, home bars and recreation room items. Nostalgic signs will be removed from the group. They are not old and do not have a history behind them like a vintage sign.
The idea is that places with a nostalgic soft drink sign hanging on them are usually interesting.
