About Louis Khan

He was a philosopher-poet as well as an architect. In both his buildings and his poetry, Kahn constantly sought beginnings, which he liked to call "Volume Zero." Taken together, his building and his poetry constitute one of the deepest and most sustained investigations into absolute Being ever undertaken by an individual mind.
