30 Jul 08 - The idea is that "anyone" can enter an image, as long as they live in Britain. They use Live Search to find images and submit them as "representative" of Britain. If the judges choose the image as worthy, the submittor wins a prize.
MSN swears, (now,) that they will contact © holders before the judging, but also state they will only remove images if the © holder contacts them.
