About LitterWhat can litter tell you about a neighborhood? Maybe nothing, maybe a lot. Maybe it tells you about the consuming habits of your area. A clue as to what people are eating, drinking, smoking. It most certainly tells you that slobs live in your community. And while we all would like to live with less litter, we'd might as well shoot it while it's around. Who knew an empty cigarette box could make for such a nice image? |
