Rules for swap

1. Register in this thread by Friday 1st August if you want to participate in the swap.

2. Indicate what type of fabrics you would like to receive, eg. reds, stripes, novelty prints. However, as we are swapping scraps, you should expect to receive a variety of fabrics.

3. After registration closes, I'll contact people with address details. Check this thread to see what type of fabrics others want to receive, then try to match these requests in the scraps you send.

4. Fabric must be 100% quilters cotton, pre-washed before cutting. Cut fabric to 6.5 inch squares.

5. Send up to 50 scraps, in multiples of 10 (ie. 10, 20, 30 , 40 or 50). Also include stamps to cover return postage of the same weight, and a note with your name and address, your flickr ID, and the type of fabrics you want to receive. Please post scraps by Friday 8th of August.

6. I'll send you back the same number of scraps as you sent, with as many as possible of your requests.

As this is the first swap, and I'm not sure how many people will participate, I've limited the number of scraps to 50, but if more people express interest, I'm hoping we will be able to keep doing this, and with more people, increase the amount of scraps we can swap (I want to make a large charm quilt, so I need lots of scraps...)
