About The Wildlife Trusts
Today there are 47 individual Wildlife Trusts covering the whole of the UK and the Isle of Man and Alderney and together The Wildlife Trusts are the largest UK voluntary organisation dedicated to protecting wildlife and wild places everywhere – at land and sea. We are supported by more than 800,000 members, 150,000 of which belong to our junior branch - Wildlife Watch. Every year The Wildlife Trusts work with thousands of schools and welcome millions of visitors to our nature reserves and visitor centres. Our vision is “an environment rich in wildlife for everyone”
Visit The Wildlife Trusts website to find out more about our work, including our vision for A Living Landscape and Living Seas, or to find - and join! - your local Trust.
The Wildlife Trusts and images
At the national office of The Wildlife Trusts (RSWT in Newark, Notts) we run an intranet that can be accessed by staff from all 47 local Trusts across the UK, Isle of Man and Alderney. This intranet hosts an image library containing donated images that all Trusts are able to use for both printed and online publications, press releases, media work and visitor information at reserves.
We're always in need of new images to promote our work and welcome any contributions to this database. All uses of these images are credited and copyright remains with the photographer. Please get in touch if you would like know more about supporting us in this way: firstname.lastname@example.org
