As per Section Ω, Subsection Œ±, Article 1 2,buckle my shoe ~ of the E. Lear Archives:

We, here, are all immigrants from Wick -- we may know a few more words but the "meaning?" cloistered in the syntax remains relatively unsimple, quaint and ludicrous.
