This group is to have a centralized picture/video collection of the more eclectic Japanese kitchen knives and images related to them, whether they be traditional styled knives (i.e. yanagi, deba, usuba, nakiri, etc) or Western styled knives (i.e. gyuto, petty, etc.).
Please no common Wusthoff/Henckels/Furi/Forschner/etc knives (yes, including the now ubiquitous santoku), at least as the primary focus of the image.
